Some Useful Info
Your booking will become binding upon written confirmation and receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount via credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival at the property. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card for the total amount of the stay or in case of damages/theft.
Arrival and Departure
• On the day of arrival, the room will be available from 12:00 PM; please arrange with the property at least 24 hours in advance.
• On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest.
For check-in, a valid ID and credit card are required.
Payment
Upon request, small pets up to 10 kg are allowed with a €30 total surcharge per stay, to allow sanitization of the environment.
Pets
We also accept cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
• Changes or cancellations are allowed up to 15 days before check-in, subject to availability.
• From 14 days before arrival, in case of no prior notice or no show, the guest will be charged a penalty equal to 100% (80%) of the total amount of the cancelled booking.
• In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the agreed price for unused services will be charged.
